Hi. can you please provide a link to the add-on that will allow me to read Japanese characters in Firefox? All the Japanese websites have question marks for their characters
Erm, don't you just need the Japanese text support in Windows for it to work? I know that's all I have and Japanese characters show up fine in Firefox.
Easiest way of solving the problem is to open the same site in IE, it will detect you need the language pack, and you can download it from there. Then whenever you open a site in firefox that needs support for japanese it will work.
There's probably a plug in for it, I haven't looked, but I wish I could right click on a page to select the character set. I never undestrood why this was missing in Netscape/FF.
