Back on June 9, Grunt.API claimed they can confirm a new Halo game is releasing on PlayStation soon based on what they found in the Halo API

Rebs Gaming spoke to Grunt.API and received new details about what was discovered:

•A new Halo title with PlayStation compatibility that Grunt believes could be Certain Affinity's rumored Project Ekur (multiplayer Halo game).

•Last Monday the title was linked to PlayFab which is used for cross platform progression, matchmaking and unified online services.

•A Beta is listed alongside this new Halo title, but Grunt isn't 100% sure what it's for.

•A second new Halo title is listed in the API, doesn't have much information yet.

•Grunt says these could be two new Halo games, or the first title is a Beta for Ekur and the second title is the full game.

Halo Combat Evolved UE5 Remake and Ekur is the replacement for Infinite multiplayer, also in UE5.

Likely planned to release November 2026 for the 25th Xbox Anniversary, alongside Magnus.

We need to start a movement to stop companies from constantly digging up the corpses of franchises and parading them around for a buck, while giving false hype to people who think that it has any shot of bringing the series "back"
