Recommend me movies based on true stories, like last year's Dark Water

"The Report" on Amazon prime was the best based on a true story movie I've seen in a long time. It's the story of the investigation into the use of torture during the war on terror.

Mild spoilers of the conclusions:
Torture didn't work.
Building rapport is a far more effective interrogation technique.
The people who advocated torture were paid obscene sums of money for failure.
The intelligence agencies lied and covered up everything relentlessly - completely fabricating tales of how torture actually worked, and they weren't doing serious permanent harm.

IDKFA IDKFA The Impossible was very good, thanks!

Spotlight is great, already seen it.

Thank you all for the suggestions. :)

Also, isn't there a movie with Julia Roberts which is based on a real story kinda like Dark Waters?

If it wasn't based on a true story you would swear it was the stupidest plot you had ever seen.
PS it is insanely disturbing - then go read up on the entire real story and it gets even more insane.

Fun little biopic about Tony Wilson; TV personality and founder of Factory Records (Joy Division, New Order, Happy Mondays). Covers a lot of the Manchester music scene from the 80s - early 90s. Great performances from Steve Coogan and Andy Serkis pre-Gollum.
