I mean you gotta at least do undead nightmareI don't say this often, because typically I have no qualms going back to old games, but... This is genuinely a case where I feel it's too late for me to care even a single bit.
Someone could even gift me a copy of this one and still I'm not sure I'd find the will to spend time on it.

What's your problem?
How about 60fps rdr2
If you didn't play it yet you're really going to miss a good one.I don't say this often, because typically I have no qualms going back to old games, but... This is genuinely a case where I feel it's too late for me to care even a single bit.

Discarding a masterpiece just because it's "late"What's your problem?
Just because you are making assumptions with an abysmal reading comprehension I shouldn't be the one apologizing for his opinion.Discarding a masterpiece just because it's late
Fucking great reasoning
It has nothing to do with the consoles being able to do it or not. It's about them wanting to release a remaster later and ask money for it, insteaf of giving us a free current-gen upgrade.Insane that I can run RDR2 at 90+ FPS, 1440p and they can't get it 720/60FPS on consoles. Y'all deserve more!

I already played (part) of the game years ago, I know exactly what I'm missing. I don't think the game is even remotely close to a "masterpiece" to begin with.
I'm not even saying that the problem is that the game is old (and I premised in my very first post in this thread how that's typically never a problem for me). I'm specifically saying I have very little residual interest in THIS.
Even works in ultra wide. There's some flickering though which is why I would love a native version of the game on PC.Here's hoping. I'd love to play it through again on PC as I've been playing it through Xenia x360 emulation and it works quite well, mostly 60 fps so native would be sweet.
Would be too massive of an ordeal to be true. Imagine the dream of having instant access to your PS purchases on PC.Could this be a sign of the PSN PC store coming soon, launching with Red Dead Redemption as a timed exclusive?![]()
I initially played through it on both consoles to completion. Finally got off my arse and got a good PC, started the game again on Steam. Totally different game, it's like night and dayHow about

Ok, but don't cry about it.Nobody cares.
Believe.Would be too massive of an ordeal to be true. Imagine the dream of having instant access to your PS purchases on PC.
It's so much better than RDR2 it's ridiculousFinally the good Red Dead Redemption game makes its way on PC.
We got to play RDR1 when it came outInsane that I can run RDR2 at 90+ FPS, 1440p and they can't get it 720/60FPS on consoles. Y'all deserve more!
RDR2 released years ago.Thought I misread the title, but RDR2 still didn't release on PC yet?
Yeah, my bad. Misread title after all. LolRDR2 released years ago.
Nah lol. Its RDR1 that never got a PC releaseThought I misread the title, but RDR2 still didn't release on PC yet?
Took em long enough. Game is amazing.
Played it in first-person all the way.
I played the PS4 version on the PS5 for the first time recently and thoroughly enjoyed the main campaign and undead nightmare. 60fps and FSR 2 make for a nicer cleaner experience.I don't say this often, because typically I have no qualms going back to old games, but... That's not what he's saying. I think he means it WILL BE at 60+ fps on the PC port (we presume). The ps4 version is 60 fps? If i knew that i would've bought it at release

The PS4 version is 4k60 when played on a PS5. On a PS4/pro it's 1080/4k30.That's not what he's saying. I think he means it WILL BE at 60+ fps on the PC port (we presume).
Out of the box (disc) or did they patch the PS4 version? The PS4 version is 4k60 when played on a PS5. On a PS4/pro it's 1080/4k30.
I believe it was 30 at first for all paltforms, but it was patched like a couple of weeks later for the PS5.Out of the box (disc) or did they patch the PS4 version?
I was playing at 60fps on the PS5, the option to do so are in the options menu. I don't know if it plays at 60fps on the PS4 though. That's not what he's saying. I think he means it WILL BE at 60+ fps on the PC port (we presume).
Cheers. Wasn't sure about the PS4/Pro. Runs like a dream on the PS5 so jumped in for the first time. The PS4 version is 4k60 when played on a PS5. On a PS4/pro it's 1080/4k30.
