Wow, I didn't know rising shrimp prices could have that much of an effect. The Red Lobsters around here are always packed. Unless you have a reservation, it's atleast a 10 min wait to get in.
Wha...what???? Haha a reservation for Red Lobster? Where do you live?
Yeah, it and all the franchise eat in's like Olive Garden, TGI Fridays, ect.. are all packed every night of the week here in suburbia. Call ahead or sit in a cramped waiting area by the door for an hour plus.
I actually went for the first time with a friend about four months ago as a gag and enjoyed it. It's no Le Bernadin, let's be frank, but I don't think you can go quite as cheap on, say, mahi mahi as you can on everything that Olive Garden can go incredibly cheap on. I found it enjoyable honestly.I've never once eaten at Red Lobster.
I like the cut of your jib. Someone give this junior a tag stat!If the new owner is smart, they will split off the cheddar biscuits and start a brand new chain: Cheddar Bay

Just make the biscuits at home and save yourself the mediocre seafood!

Yeah, neither do I. I like the chicken strips. But I don't go there for the seafood.
Another Red Lobster thread eh?
Mandatory reminder to anyone who enters this thread that this exists.
Has anyone mentioned biscuits?
So had I owned 5% of a single average Red Lobster, I'd now have 1.5 million dollars?
