As we start turning the page into 2021, I wanted to reflect back on and recap what 2020 was like for the world.

But then someone showed me this on Instagram and I decided to delete everything I wrote.

For me it was a good year at work as we were even busier than in past years, but the rest was disappointing / crap. I hated not seeing my relatives for months and I didn't want to risk going on vacation (abroad) in the summer. Also some of the 2020 games I was really hyped for didn't deliver fully (especially Desperados 3 and Cyberpunk).

After the horror and catastrophe that was 2019 (split up from my pregnant, soon to be wife girlfriend), 2020 was actually a rather good year for me, personally.
I hope the trend continues to go upwards.
