50fps pal but Japanese version should be 60fps and comes out in April if my japanese is right.

Put the game in the tray, close tray, pick up the dual shock II. Easy enough?

If your PS2 can play PAL games and your TV can accept a PAL signal, you should be fine. If you TV does not accept a PAL signal (most US tvs don't) then you can always purchase a converter like this one:

You might find a cheaper converter if you shop around though.
