I just recently deleted all my saves for RE4 :S. I lost all the kick ass guns i collected. I thought just keeping the system file will also keep the guns for me. I was wrong .

Yeah, I sold abunch of crap to buy the Chicago Typewriter. It's fun for a few minutes but just completely ruins the game. You can literally take down the once incredibly intimidating elevator monster...thing in like two seconds.

Beat the game with nothing but a upgraded Handgun on Pro and you will have the time of your life. I died 85 times but it oh so much fun.

Speaking of pro, I am getting my ass whomped at the part where you have to defend Ashley as she raises the bridge and somehow manage to fend yourself off from attacks...
