I'll just say this. It's not easy to determine a cause or manner of death, especially considering it was natural causes. I don't want to post this, but I feel like it might be needed since people don't understand. It sounds like Ryan's death was unattended and we know the death was from natural causes. A county coroner is not going to walk into a scene of an uattended death, look at a dead body and magically determine the guy's cause of death unless there's obvious clues like the body having a bullet wound to the head or a bunch of heroin and hypodermic needles laying around. It's not like television or the movies. There are countless ways people can die of natural causes. It's not like they walk into a scene where a guy died in his sleep and say something like "Well, Bob, clearly judging by the dilation of his pupils and the fact he is wearing one sock means this man died of kidney failure."
Hell, they might not even know at this point or ever know unless they do an autopsy. I mean, where I live, they'll automatically do an autopsy if it's an unattended death just to rule out foul play, but we're talking about California. I'm not even sure they'd do an autopsy if his death was from natural causes. They might just leave it at that. They are probably going to prioritize the autopsy of the guy down the street that got brutally murdered over guy who died in his sleep. Even if an autopsy was done, it often takes weeks or months to get a report back. Then there's toxicology screens and everything. All you need to know is that the death certificate probably reads death of natural causes. That should comfort you.
The reason why most celebrieties' causes of death are known is because they are usually obvious. You don't need to do an autopsy to determine that, say, Curt Kobain blew his head off.
The guy died of natural causes. Unless a death involves foul play or something nefarious, we have no right to know what caused it. I'd just say respect the privacy of his friends and family. It's not something they should have to release or let other people know unless they want to.
