I figure there's bound to be some guys here who are able to give me a good indication of what the monthly cost would be if I were to rent a house in the suburbs of L.A.
I'm thinking of coming over for about half a year to just work and have fun in the States with a couple of friends of mine.

Ghetto suburbs like North Hollywood will cost $800-1100 depending on if you want a studio or a 2 bedroom. Nice suburbs like Studio City will cost between $1000-1300.
