RetroBat lets you play retro and store games easily from one place

This is the first time I've seen such an easy to install retro app. Whatever ROM(sometimes needs bios) you put in, it detects the emulator and configures the settings, and thanks to its nice interface(scrapper is king), you can browse comfortably and play whatever game you want easily. I installed it last night and added over 100 games. It detected all my games from every store(amazon included) except the Windows Store(surprise!). If the store is open in the background it launches the game directly, and if not, it automatically opens the store.

I didn't want to trust Playnite with my store passwords, so I don't know if it offers a similar experience. Adding a PS3 game took a bit of effort, and the Switch emulator apparently isn't included for obvious reasons? It even has shadps4 on it too. It opens a little bit late(I installed it on hdd though). Other than that, everything looks great so far.

Have you heard of this before? What do you use?

Update: I added ps3 and windows store games shortcut's to "roms/windows" and they all work now(this way, ps3 games use my og rpcs3 emulator on another drive though). I added Zelda Majora's Mask 64 recompiler and Mario 64 plus like that too.

Retroarch?

Less is more imo.
Exactly. I'm trying to limit myself with the games I add to it. I added games from few systems, and only three to five from each. Thanks to the video preview feature and the nice UI (main theme is not great, you can download more—I also added a few 8-bit tracks to the main menu playlist), it really makes you want to play more games.

I've always wanted to move from my Retroarch collection (that I took months setting up with screenshots, covers, etc.). But at that time Retrobat looked like another bunch of stuff I needed to learn to set up and do it all over again. But if it's as easy as OP says now I'll have to give it a try sometime soon.

Just follow the video. It's definitely easier than retroarch, but you can struggle with psn games(blus/blu ray ones easy).

I see the video and all I can think is that the hardware for retrobat might be a Steam Machine depending on price. But spending around $400 for a decent mini no-brand PC when you can spend another $100 and get a Steam seal of approval might be better. Of course, Steam will probably run Linux, but by then, there will be retrobat alternatives or fork that runs on Linux.

I think batocera does the same thing:
