Is there any lentgh of time required to wait until you can return an unopened game without a receipt to Walmart again? Last game I returned was a few of months ago(end of Sept._. They did ask for a drivers license.

I think its something like once you return three things without receipts, they wont let you do it anymore. But there's no time limits.

You can do it as many times as you want until they catch on and ban you for a year.

Speaking of which, my ban's almost up - time to go nuts! ^__^

Why would walmart care, can't they just sell it as new?

It's part of a policy that a collection agency department stores collaborate with use...when you return stuff you are put in a registry that tallies how many times you do it. If you do it too often (three times in a row is the kicker usually) then you can't return stuff for a while. If you can look it up it's an interesting read (I found this out in my local paper)

Well, you have to consider the fact that, although they could sell it as new, they would make no money off of it. In fact, they would actually lose some money on this transaction (the price of sales tax), assuming that the game actually does get sold at full price.
