*Bumping this because these games were mentioned in the PS business meeting, and it seems like the news of their names got buried under some big news that day (or India Hero Project just isn't registering yet like China Hero Project.)

I think people want to see some gameplay to see if any of these have potential. It's very hard to tell if any of these will be good or not from a description and a screenshot.

Most of these just got signed and have a ways to go (the first round of China Hero Projects showed up at 3 or 4 ChinaJoy conventions before releasing, and I believe at least one still isn't out even though they've now done rounds 2 and 3.) But there may be some footage or material out there, I'm looking myself.

These first games seem to be smaller in scale than most of the CHP games, going by the description. (Several 2D games. ) Not sure if the backing is much smaller or the teams aren't as big/ ready or if it's just how the picks came down? (China Hero Project benefited from a lot of developer talent in the outsourcing market looking to do their own thing, India is similar but monet might be tighter. ) Hopefully the quality remains high.

Mukti is a bodycam horror game.

If it really looks like that in realtime, holy moley (even though it's I assume a controlled or limited camera, none of these scares work as depicted if players are controlling the camera.)

Requital: Gates of Blood, no trailer yet or even more than the one screen. However, the developer has other games already out, including something called Mystic Pillars and a top- down racer.

Suri: The Seventh Note looks very early (as the video states) and very basic. Seems like it wants to be a kind of rhythm- based Celeste. Not-bad 2d artstyle, but I hope there's more to it as it develops.

If they evolve similar like indian cinema did and still does, their games might surprise soon. Bollywood stuff is rather cheesy even compared to Disney films with musical stuff but while RRR is that still too (afaik technically it is not Bollywood), its action is also on an insane level and with a pretty unique style as well. I am certainly looking forward to Indian and also more Chinese games. Just by the sheer number of their people, their must be some Kojima, Molyneux, Levine, Miyamoto etc hidden and it should enrich the variety we get to play. Korea might also start to deliver.
If we are lucky none of them will mimick western games or bend over backwards to cater to the west, which at least should offer some interesting fresh stories.

No bullshit, I would really like to see some indian dev make a stylish action game based around the choregraphy and cinematohraphy seen in Bollywood flicks.

Like, go from a TPS one second then break out into a rhythm dance-off game the next. Could be a rad genre mix imo.
