I watched A New Hope with a girl who has never seen it. On Saturday me and her are watching Empire, and she doesn't even know the twist. I can't wait to see her reaction.

Just for reference:

I think I still like the EP:1 teaser the best. There's that OH SHIT moment where you realize that this little kid has the shadow of the biggest badass ever to grace the silver screen. Of course, this is saying nothing about the movie itself.

EP:3's is pretty badass though.

I never saw this one before and I must say, that looks SO terribly cheesy.. and Anakin was way too young. It would have been a lot cooler to have cast Christiansen in Ep.1, having him look cheerful and having fun and stuff, as a contrast to how bitter and whiny he became in Ep.2 (plus Luke/Mark Hammil went from cheery/youthful to a mature, hardcore Jedi in the OT).. above all of PT's problems, choosing a different actor to play Anakin (especially when the rest of the main cast is exactly the same throughout the trilogy) was the biggest.

This poster had me hyped in 2002 because I expected to see Anakin totally snap under the pressure of the Jedi rules and his romance thing. And then I actually saw the movie :|

Finally, the pain and travesty ends..
