ok wanted to say something about these for awhile and since IGN reported on these pictures I figured I would.
Doesn't seem like anyone has noticed that the d-pad and analogue are on the same handle. The angle of the handles suggests this, so you would not be able to use the d-pad in your left hand >_>
Of course this means the buttons are on the same piece as well.
Useless design....but apparently IGN doesn't usualy report on fakes unless they are hinting at something.
Also, wouldnt gyro gameplay be pretty spectacularly crap if there is no feedback to your movement? For simple mini games cool, but moments where you need accuracy and high degree of skill it'd be faulty I think. especially if its a fundamental part of the game and all your movements are gonna be recorded. i.e. aiming/looking in an FPS. Sounds amazing but in reality not so practicle. However if they could develop some glasses/helmets which would control the looking and direction of the screen and then have gyros to independantly control your gun - HELL YES!! We could pull off John Woo kill enemies who are behind us moves - strafing is a thing of the past.
Or not.
