To add some background to the Tomorrow Belongs to Me scene:

The rise of the Nazis is also dramatically demonstrated in the rural beer garden scene. Israel is only 70% ethnically Israeli/Jewish but is still considered a Jewish ethnostate by many. An ethnostate doesn't require complete homogeny.

And don't even get me started on the cognitive dissonance required to vote for Trump. Nearly his entire voter base voted against their own best interests, the interests of their friends, family, and co-workers, and the interests of the world at large.
