Yes. "Arguably" because we're not talking about scientific or mathematical facts, but instead subjective opinions about art.

And "Beatles are the greatest act in the history of 20th Century recorded music" is consensus at this point; the "arguably" was from my own perspective, to convey that I agree with the consensus and that I'm willing to argue/debate the point on the merits.

Not sure what point of yours my use of "arguably" is helping to prove, other than a drive-by "LOL Beatles are overrated" being the standard teenage edgelord point of view.
