That's because most fish at supermarkets is shit. Best place to go for seafood is a local restaurant in a place where they get fresh fish daily...from the ocean. Shrimp are awesome too because they do not taste fishy and you can do all sorts of shit with them plus they are good for you. I really miss living on the gulf coast.
