I would assume it does, because if GS is offering one as pre-order bonus, you get that one. And the one with + is most definitely included in the packageing. If the GDRB+ page says it has the free export as a preorder bonus they have to honor it.
EDIT Unlessssss, it literally is code you can redeem valid for $10, which come to think would make the most sense.

I'll defend American Idiot, its a decent album, Dookie is a great album, so the games worth it for me right there. I've only heard the singles playing the background from the newest album and its pretty shitty, so I don't expect anything but trophies from those songs.

It has some rough patches, but it's mostly an enjoyable listen. I liked it a lot when it came out (very surprisingly) I listened to it last week in preparation, not quite as good as I remembered but it's still good for what it is imo.
I'll agree to Know Your Enemy being terrible, especially since it has the same name as a great RATM song.
