Footloose & Fancy Free is so worth it. What was the actual reason it was pulled?

So what songs have been pulled so far?

These have all had multiple versions released, though the version out right now is the "correct" one:

Hourcast - "Freakshow"
Andy Timmons - "Redemption"
Silverstein - "American Dream"
Reverend Horton Heat - "Indigo Friends"
Modern Skirts - "Eveready"
Lead the Dead - "Rip'er"
Cate Sparks - "Whatever Happened to You"

Bill Bruford's Earthworks - "Footloose and Fancy Free" has had two releases, but is still unavailable for (I believe) legal reasons. Ron Wasserman - "Revengers" was unpublished permanently over legal concerns (that don't really exist, but that's a complicated story).

There's also The Dandy Warhols - "Bohemian Like You" and Blondie - "Atomic" which were published too early and aren't officially out, but with how EMI's been handling their RBN efforts I have no freakin' clue what's going on there.

IIRC, the only song that's been pulled from the main DLC pipeline has been Runnin' Wild by Airbourne. Hardly a big loss, but it does mean that normal DLC is not untouchable.

In the Wake of Poseidon is practically a carbon copy of ITCOTKC (just lamer). Other than that, King Crimson is not a band you get into expecting them to do the same thing from album to album.
