I wouldn't say your lttp exactly, game just came out, more like fashionably lttp.
The game came out a few weeks ago but everyone seem to have finished the SP that's why I feel lttp :lol.

I hate the fact that they forced me to change my horse.

No clue if GH has come up with this yet since the last GH game I owned was GHIII, but for RB3 there should be an option to toggle on "party" mode. AKA before the party I could go and toggle party mode on/off for certain songs to really shrink down the setlist when "party" mode is enabled. This has to have been suggested before right?

If Harmonix had sense they'd let us create playlists, which'd do what you're asking for and a bunch of other things.
I guess that would work, I'm just would hate to have to go back and go through my entire song catalog more than once. Set it once and it would remember what songs I had allowed to be viewable/playable during party mode.

Wait and see until E3 I guess :|

Yes saving playlists would be handy in parties, especially if you have different kind of players coming over like the “expert only” guys and the “only 80's” guys or “we only know these 20 songs since RB1 so lets keep playing them for the 3rd year” kinda guys. I hate the last kind, bunch of bastards.

I'd keep them from selecting anything at that point.

What I REALLY want in RB3 is the ability to skip songs. Say you foolishly chose to play a certain song in your set, but you've now decided you no longer wish to play it. To press start and select 'skip song' would be amazing.

Also, make your own medleys!

phew...what a great time we had with Rock Band this night!

For the first time there were no girls here, so this means more Megadeth, Maiden etc...even Pantera...I made the obligatory stop to play Headphones On and Tragic Kingdom tough...

When everybody thought the night was over, I took the mic, made a setlist... and did all Rust in Peace!!! even with an encore with Peace Sells and My Last Words. It was fantastic but I need to practice Rust in Peace...Polaris a lot more for the next time.

For some reason my Stage Kit never made fog today...I think it is broken =(...but this did not ruin a bit our great party!

Damn HMX release RB3 already!

Wow, sound like you guys had a blast.

Finally bought Lego: Rock Band from Amazon for $20. I’ll probably do the same thing for Green Day, wait for it to bomb that is.

Seconded. Elitism be damned, you fuckers are gonna try some new shit!
We've got a guy at RB Club that works with us, and he used to be really into RB when it first came out, and was buying all the DLC for the first few months. Anyways, he *always* wants to play the fucking Metallica DLC every month, and those songs are all super-long. He always picks Justice first and then later in the night, he picks Ride the Lightning.

Pedro, sounds like you had a great time! Reading stories like that really exemplifies what RB is all about, and how awesome it is.

I think the price is right when you consider that it's new and I don't have to pay for an export code on ebay or some shit.
Still $30 total including export. $10 for the game and $10 for the export fee is the sweet spot.

renting the game almost getting the full 1k and 10 for the code export is the sweet spot for a garbage game like LRB

Play more drums/vocals. It's not as garbage then.

And I'll go ahead and put this here for when you think RB3 is garbage..

Play more keyboard.

Double Lulz.

1.I finished the career in Vox. not Guitar. My main instrument since RB1 has been Vox. Im not a Guitar Wanker like Cork and Dave. I barely can do Hard on Guitar

2.If RB3 is Keytar and not Keyboard then expecting it to be great is lulzworthy

you think they'll announce rock band japan at e3 or is that more of a tgs thing?
They ain't gonna announce it, since it's been silently cancelled.

However, HMX has said they want to bring Japanese music to RB though. Doubtful it'd be a disc game, though.

Does anyone have a perfect way to sync lag calibration?
I am not able to get it perfect.

I guess I could borrow a RB2 guitar, and do that automatic sync.

Although on second thought, do the video bit before the audio bit.

And instead of Avon just use a song you know well enough that you can play without having to look at the notes. The Middle is a good song for it.
