It's a masters issue...something about the original stems not being kept...or not being kept properly...I'm thinking it's 'properly', as some tracks do exist.

I'd take a few from Reinventing the Steel, just don't give me any live shit, *recalls Cemetary Gates from Live 101 and shudders* Phil just killed his voice. Damaged/missing stems would make a lot of sense why we didn't get the more popular albums. The singles have to be do-able though. For the record, I'm glad we didn't get Far Beyond Driven because imo it's the weakest Pantera album.
