Roommate Etiquette Question

Dress up like her, and don't say anything about it. Then like all of her posts on facebook. Even back from when you didn't know her.

I mean, you said you're trying to be as quiet as possible right? Then there's not a whole lot you can do. Maybe sit her down and let her know that you're really trying your hardest to be quiet, but inevitably there's going to be some noise. Hopefully it was just a small moment of anger or annoyance since being woken up does suck.

While everyone has a point that you should be able to use your kitchen and use the toilet, you're obviously trying to be somewhat considerate.

Is switching rooms an option? Especially if you're not as light of a sleeper/her waking hours don't bother you.

If you are trying to minimize noise she has to deal with it. It's not like you're singing or slamming cabinets.

There is a reasonable expectation for quiet, sure, but that does not supercede reasonable activities like eating, drinking, and using the bathroom in the morning before work.

Op isn't talking about for work. He says he is up at 8:30 on weekends and starts using the kitchen next to her room. He doesn't work weekends.
