Awesome movie, really made me laugh like i hadn't for a long time.
All the baby stuff was hilarious.
And the final credits made me laugh even more.

Sorry for the bump guys, only got round to seeing this recently, thought it was amazing.

One question, is it actually illegal to masturbate on a plane?

If so thanks a lot Bin Laden!

I've seen The Hangover in theater a few weeks ago. I think i'm one of the few that wasn't impressed in any way...

The basic premise (boys have a party and things get crazy) is cliche (even though the way it is presented, they're trying to remember what happened at said party, is fresh) and i can draw parallels to a dozen teen movies with the same theme.

I found the characters to be the classic stereotypes of such movies: there's the dork type of character, there's the cool guy, the strange guy and the normal/main charcater guy. The secondary characters were bland, not funny and aimed at an audience used to crappy teen comedies (chinese gay gangster? You guys found him funny? Or the Myke Tyson scenes? .... )

That said, it's not a bad movie. I'd give it a 7.5/10 if i were to rate it, but i think my expectations were too high, what with GAF having such a positive reaction towards it.

I think the best part of the whole movie is the credits sequence with the pictures

Its the same premise as "dude, wheres my car?"

Finally got to see this. Mom dragged me to the movie theatre yesterday afternoon to see it; she had already seen it two times, and if it were up to her, she'd see it every other day.

Love love love Zach, and having been a fan of his for some time now, seeing him make it big gives me mixed feelings. He totally deserves the fame he now has, but I hope that he retains his innate uniqueness/goofiness. Without a doubt, he made the movie for me.

He does something at the twenty-second mark in this video that - I don't know why - still makes me die laughing like a ri-tard..

Late to the party, but finally got around to seeing this last night. Loved it, as did all my housemates. Surprised at the low replies in here to be honest

plane is consider a public place and it would be considered lewd misconduct anywhere public such as a park, movie theater, blah blah

Damn I can't believe how small this thread is seeing as it's one of the best comedy's in years. I've seen it like 15 times now, since I work in a video store I put it on from time to time between Inglourious Bastards & Star Trek :p.

Still love it every time ^^

I love this movie, and more specifically Zach G.

Watched the uncut version on DVD and it was very different. There were a few laughs, but other scenes were totally unnecessary and ruined the flow of the film. Made me appreciate the difference a good editor can make.

Saw the uncut version on DVD via Netflix.

"Funniest comedy in years"? I don't think so.

Was it funny? Yeah sure, it had quite a few good moments. But the storyline has been done before and there weren't any memorable characters. Also some of the dialogue and punch lines felt forced.

So I think it's overhyped. It was an above average comedy in a year that lacked decent comedies, which is probably why it did so well. To its credit, it wasn't overly raunchy (until the ending credits lol) for an R-rated comedy. But I still would like to see a return of more witty comedies instead of a bunch of "dude"movies with the stereotypical cast where everyone is screaming "FUCK!!" all the time. Jude Apatow has ruined comedies.
