This movie has held up really well imo. One of my favorites and is up there with the Home Alone movies.

Haha. Absolute classic. My brother and I still, to this day, regularly do exactly what's shown in that first gif when we're eating together. Also, that part when he comes down the stairs, thinks it's his wife on the chair, and starts talking, not realising that it's actually the dog. So good. Thanks for sharing, OP.

Love this movie! I used to watch it a lot with my dad when I was a kid, he's always been a huge Walter Matthau fan. I haven't seen it in many years though, might have to change that, it has a pretty great score and cast, too!

Also, Lea Thompson, the part where she's dragging Dennis to Margarets house, bent over in those heels, damn, that scene is ingrained in my mind.

I really miss wholesome 90s movies, and speaking of Walter Matthau, Grumpy Old Men is one of my favorite comedies of all time, it's so damn good.
