To be picky, the fact that there's an emulator that works with a game like Super Punch-Out!! doesn't necessarily mean StarFox would work; adding Super FX emulation would be something extra, and considering the few games it was used in wouldn't have been a first priority when making an SNES emulator.

That would be bliss, still any kind of extras is a bonus. Xevious from what I remember was a pretty enjoyable shooter. Of course time may have changed that, haven't played it in well over 10 years.
