It might be a super-powered end of the year for Marvel Games and Skydance New Media.

During a recent interview, one of the voice actors behind Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra narrowed the game's release window.

"We’re still working. We’re planning on 2025… We’re thinking like a Christmas situation. But I'm so excited."

For those that don't know, this is the Amy Hennig game with that fuckin' jaw dropping facial capture demo a while back.

Maybe it’s just the video quality, but is it just me or does the black panther look…Hispanic?

Fair, tho he does look more kinda Middle Eastern black there than what I always thought of as wakanda. Not that it matters much. He seems good and the game looks great.

Yeah, this isn't going to do it. No one cares about T'Chaka BP or is particularly interested in relapsing to WW2 as far as Cap is concerned. At least if it were a M-rated title, it might've had something going for it - but then, at that point, you may as well do a Frank Castle in 'Nam game.

Amy Hennig working on a Cap 'n BP game? Very excited. I hope they take as long as needed to push out a solid, polished product. Delay the damn thing if needed rather than shove this out the door to make sure it has the best chance of succeeding. Imagine the possibility of getting this and Wolverine next year?

Khary Payton is just light-skinned, about the same color as my mom. People have come up to her speaking Spanish thinking she was Hispanic too

Not sure how it would even work, but never even knew I wanted such a thing so badly!

Maybe base it more on MIA/Uncommon Valor/Rambo 2 with the POWs so he can be "The Punisher" instead of just G.I. Frank Castle?

Why, though? Amy Hennig is a 60 year old woman and hasn't shipped a game in which she had substantial input in 15 years. She's been coasting on the reputation of Uncharted 2 and 3 for a long time.

I hope they address why Wakanda feels such possessive ownership over what is basically a big rock that fell on them. If this story touches on colonialism AT ALL then they need to address Wakandas massive contribution (through inaction at the very least) to it within a Marvel Universe framework. Best if they steer clear, IMHO, but we'll see. I'm assuming the Howling Commandos, Red Skull, all that will be in this?

My 4080 has good reason to be sweating.

Even Uncharted 2 and 3 are simpleton stories compared to Legacy Of Kain.
Her name is nothing to be excited about.
