Most of the photoshops were not funny, not just FF7. Photoshop Friday used to be a lot better. Liked the Cobra Triangle one, tho.

Yea, I just told my friend about "Jumping while entering boss doors 2" over the phone and he got it immediately. It's so amazing how something like that is so universal. I thought I had a crazy "Megaman looks awesome in that pose" fetish.

Yeah it looked so great until I played the demo. How could a team that put so much effort into graphics completely ignore everything that a fighter needs? Seriously, if they just made it another Street Fighter clone with pretty graphics, it wouldn't have been near as bad.

Hasn't it already been explained in this thread? I guess the image URL is given to a different image of disgusting nature.

The sheer number of units sold, the disturbing number of FF7 fan-fiction, the disgusting amount of FF7-inspired wack material, and the thousands who cite FF7 as the greatest game of all time give FF7 the deserved distinction as being "casual" or a "fanboy game".
