Can SR2 game be added to steam?

If Saints Row 2 works as it should, that'd be the best news all year.
If they just locked it to 30FPS, that'd be a major disappointment.
It looks to me like they did both of those things. It's locked at 30 but the horrible stuttering and slowmo/fastmo glitches are gone.
Locked at 30? Don't think I can pull the trigger. Unacceptable in a game like that.
It is, but I think this is all we'll have to settle for. It's an old game and according to posts on the last page, GoG don't have any access to the source to make any major changes.

Does Darksiders 2 work now? It's pretty annoyiing that you can't look at the map in the Steam version.
Does the controller work for SR3 PC? I have tried SR3 and 4 on 4 PC's and the controller didn't work for either game on any of the PC's.
Ive played sr 3 and 4 on pc (steam version) and the 360 controller worked perfectly fine. Even changing promts anytime you wanted to use your keyboard or controller on the fly.Does the controller work for SR3 PC? What CDPR broke, CDPR fixed.
Bump for I purchased SR2 and installed it on my laptop (Steam version is installed on my desktop) and was met with the exact same stupid hyper fast everything problem I have with the Steam version. Is there a setting I missed or something?
Will steam get an update
