I think it might be rated on a per episode basis like with some of the anime Toonami has. They just have breathing room to go TV MA when they get to heavier episodes

never really gave a shit about the plot of this series but the animation and action was so fucking good. teaser looking cool, it better retain the style of the show throughout the season though. that's the big reason I'm excited for this.
