Now do the rest, at least for holding in quantity which means its just for you.

Like Czech law says: "Drugs are legal when hold in quantity less than small for personal use"

Can California now make Adderall a Schedule 3 or 4 drug because I’m tired of the setbacks of it being a Schedule 2 drug

Side note: I’ve tried LSD once. I was alone in my room. It was actually such a pleasant experience. I can’t think of one negative side effect other than the fact that I couldn’t sleep

I've never a specific drug being rescheduled at the state level. Think it could happen?

You could buy them legally for a while iirc, I guess this is just for possession and use?

I'm pro legalization but objectively this is going to lead to a lot more psychiatric problems. Big believer that people should be encouraged to experiment with perception, but under supervised conditions/positive environments.

Got a bad feeling this may expose a lot of the problems caused by lockdowns and the overall unhealthy public mindspace.

Education is key. Psychedelics are serious business and should be treated with respect. While they're relatively safe, they should be taken with a sober sitter to watch out for you.

Intentionality is super important as well.

Ah, nah. I think this will help more than hurt. People don't gets strung out and addicted to mushrooms. And I can't think of anyone i've known to be damaged by it. I've know several who got a little positive course correction out of it, though.

Good idea. Its stupid to jail people for these things.. I wonder if eventually it will be sold legally? I'd be cool with that as long as it wasn't sold to kids.

far out dude.

never tried shrooms before. might give it a go one of these days.
Take it easy first, so maybe 1 or 2 caps. And like the other dude said make a comfortable setting for yourself.

An aside: When monster hunter rise came out I took some a played with my buddy. I couldn't change armor or weapons because the letters kept moving.
I also introduced shrooms to the same buddy and half way through he turns and says "how the fuck do you play dead by daylight like this?"

What always made getting acid or shrooms so hard is that they are so cheap for some reason. You have to off so much to make a buck and it's so illegal it's just not worth it to carry so much and interact with so many people.

Hopefully this will make it easier to find. I know I'm going out to golden gate park for whatever the next hippie music thing is. I'm going to stock up and have one for the doctor right there.

lts not at all about addiction, in fact psychedelics tend to be anti-addictive. The issue is the drugs exposing pre-existing but undiagnosed mental illness and making them worse.

Which is a tragedy because these drugs are powerful therapeutics and medicines capable of having massive benefits for folks with mental trauma. So much of the experience is situational because the truth is we aren't the masters of our own minds in many cases -as anyone who's suffered from chronic anxiety or stress can attest.

And in italy i can't even buy some fucking weed, ugh.

Yeah, same here in Sweden. As a liberal, I generally think things that only hurt the person doing it (if even that) should be legal, and it NOT being legal is also fueling the criminal gangs wars and shootings which are worse here in Sweden than anywhere else in Europe (which is in large part due to our historically large immigration and poor integration efforts). But none of the main political parties are even slightly interested in even having that discussion. All they say is "don't buy drugs".

I've done it many, many times, and it's fun. Long time ago though. But anyone who's ever done this knows a few things if they're smart.
  1. This is not for everyone. Some people just are too high strung and are not mentally cut out for adventurousness on this level.
  2. This is not for random use. Every single time we got everything we needed and were at home, and never left. It's extremely dangerous. Even at home small things can mess you up for the whole night. You're not supposed to be around anyone that you don't completely trust with your life, like family or best friends only.
I have mixed feelings since I don't think jail is the answer, but there's going to be many significant challenges that come along with this in terms of safety. Ideally you'd make it illegal for morons, but legal for smart people. Should have to pass some kind of test before you're allowed.

Exactly my thoughts

The problem is: there are way more stupid people than smart ones. And no matter how much we educate people, people are stupid regardless.

That's why I would easily trade my "freedom" of using alcohol, recreational drugs in general and etc. for society's overall safety if I had a choice

"Oh but I love drinking", yeah, but 3 million people die every year from alcohol consumption. And I would gladly drink some soda instead if that would mean reducing this number.
