San Francisco Rush 2049 on Dreamcast was greatness what went wrong?

Alexios

Cores, shaders and BIOS oh my!
Can't respect any tuber posting stretched footage of retro games, gtfo with that shit.

Decently fun game but there are better racers on Dreamcast.

It's on other consoles of the era too like PS2 and GameCube via some Midway collection of some sort but apparently the Dreamcast port's the best one. The N64 port is impressive.

Better Racers on Dreamcast? You never had all out war in your living room in 4 player battles?

I know it was on other consoles but it wasn't as good on Nintendo 64 & the PS2 /GameCube versions were ports of the Dreamcast version.

The game was straight fire!

I truly miss innovative arcade racers in current day. Its a genre that seems to have died off these past couple of generations...

Really like the extra tracks on SE...

Finally got it working on Mame after some tweeking, but can't seem to get it to where the car doesn't slow way down on the sharp turns...

I remember playing the original on N64 with my sister. We'd spend hours exploring and had a ton of fun on that hidden stunt course on Track 6. Game was awesome at the time.

The arcade version had an exploit that ruined competitive racing: you crash on purpose in a certain part of a tunnel and the game teleports you to the other side of the track.
