i used to eat cucumber and ketchup sandwiches when i was at primary school, now the idea of mixing the two disgusts me.
We grew up poor, and ate ketchup sandwiches like daily :( Or sometimes just a bread sandwich. That is... 2 slices of bread, with a slice of bread in between, You take the crust off the middle slice of bread. It tastes better.

mayo is awesome, awesome is Mayo. Calvè is obviously the best choice, but it's not so easy to find in America

I know most go for the sauces when they buy nuggets, but I find most of them to be crap and only recently developed a taste for honey mustard. Regular mustard still isn't my thang.

well nuggets are pretty bland by default. Ketchup enhances their taste just by a little..it's obviously better with chips, wurstels, eggs, pizza crust! Oh my, pizza crust+ketchup, now thats a perfect way to finish a pizza

and what about cordon bleu? Not that guy from High School Musical, I'm talking about this

this and ketchup are made to stay together

:lol You could have at least had a sugar sandwich. We used to eat those all the time. Every once in a while we were allowed to add some butter and it was on!

My mum told me that when times were tough, they used to take apple sandwiches to school.

I tried it last week, it aint half bad. Bit of brown sugar sprinkled on top.

Disgusting is mixing peanut butter and vegemite (like Marmite for non Aussies) together on one sandwich. Some people love this unholy alliance.

When times got tough, why couldn't they just eat the apple? Sounds like it might kinda taste like an apple pie though.

No way I brought poor food to school. I would be the laughing stock of the cafeteria! Nah, I had the *green* lunch ticket, which got me free lunch. You had to be real slick and give it to the lunch lady real fast, so no one else would see!

Then you trade your lunch for some real fucking food or some money.
Good times.
