I'd rather they do the same thing with rats in NYC/Most large cities. Not sure what effect it would have on whatever ecosystem exists, but those things freak me the fuck out.

I would assume mosquitoes can be a source of food for fish.

There are quite a few species of mosquitoes. The ones that bite are only a small subset.

I would think the mosquito larvae are the main thing that is eaten and not the adults.

This might affect frogs, fish, other insects, etc.

This was my first thought as well. However, if removing them from the food web isn't going to drastically effect other species then fuck em. Malaria sucks.
