They found a pic of his girlfriend wearing a kimono from TWO YEARS AGO, started spamming him with DMs on instagram, so he blocked the mob and now he's being cancelled. Just for dating someone who once wore a kimono before he even met her.

So whar exactly is wrong about Kimonos? Those stupid shitheads should leave this planet for good.

I know a lot of girls who wear Kimono ust because they respect and love japanese culture. There is even a japanese festival in my city where the japanese people offer you a Kimono to wear and try it out.

I don't know if any of you have ever been to Japan or China, I spent a decent amount of time in both places a few years back when I was in the military. But they absolutely LOVE seeing people embrace their culture. Like tons of Japanese soldiers and Chinese sailors encouraged me to try their local customs and foods and practically forced me to take home all kinds of Japanese clothing and Chinese papercraft. It was awesome.

My mom is Japanese and she would most definitely not be offended by others wearing the kimono even in their own style. It's just clothes and it's appreciating another culture, it's not like they are wearing it to offend.
