Orton isn't good enough or intense enough to pull off the torture gimmick during a match, and it didn't go on long enough anyway. Cena chaining himself to Orton was good comeback face work, but then it just ended out of nowhere.

I liked the booking for the match, but Orton isn't good enough for any role they put him in.

I don't know if the problem was Orton not being intense enough (it's not like The Rock was batshit crazy when he Passion'd Mankind in an I Quit). It's just that Cnea didn't get enough comeuppance. It wasn't as satisfying as it could've been.
