I just don't get why Raw's ratings are tanking. Not at all.

I know RAW has been shit for years but this is just..bad..Like this shit doesn't deserve anything more then a 1.0 rating. It's as if they saved all the terrible shit for footbal season since they know ratings would go down anyways.

It's for the better.

MNF should impact it greatly, too.

Glad I skipped this show aside from the opening tag-match.

And WTF @ Ben Roethlisberger hosting Raw next week. :lol

What's really amazing is they made it a point to put a focus on WCW doing the "celebrity of the week" bullshit and showing it did nothing but quickened their demise....

... and here we are years later with WWE doing the exact same shit.

Why fuck would orton take his time down the ring???? And i love how cena is no selling 10 mins of getting is ass kicked.. And why does the cell look like the ones they sell at toys r us? How long they been using this one?

Vipers gotta viper dude. Venomous dudes only move quick when punting.

That ending was insanely stupid. Orton should've definitely gotten away from Cena, and left him trapped in the Cell. And like someone else said, gotta love how Cena recovers from The Walls of Jericho being locked in for 3 1/2 minutes, and The Big Show beating him down. On top of that, he fireman carried Orton on the Cell, and Orton is out for like 2 minutes :lol What a joke.

...I continue to watch though :(

And if I remember the DVD correctly, they made a point to say that celebrities have a place in the wrestling world... its when they start stepping into the ring like wrestlers that it became a problem like Jay Leno having hogan in a wristlock for 5 minutes.

I know people want to crap on these celebrity guests, but it isn't the same thing.

We've already had celebrities get in the ring, and it's embarrassing every time they do it. The WWE just needs to find one decent person in the company that's not doing anything and make them GM. The booking is the same shit each week, so it's not fooling anyone. Just have a fucking standard GM instead of the celebrity of the week. It's bad when they start pulling guys like Al Sharpton and Big Ben.

How is it not the same thing?

It serves no purpose for the product... NONE.

It doesn't further a storyline, it sure as fuck doesn't draw viewers, it doesn't sell tickets....

IT SERVES ZERO PURPOSE.

I think the biggest difference, is that it does serve zero purpose, which means it adds nothing, but it also takes away nothing.

Sure someone can blabber on about stars getting more time, but honestly the time used on guest GMs would be wasted no matter what the WWE was doing.

Celebrities aren't their problem right now.

And i think some of the guest hosts have been fine, and had some cool segments. Sure, it hardly adds to the overall show, but its not like the product is much better beyond it.

The thing is the GM of the show is a really important to the quality because of the character they add. Right now they have just a bunch of clebs on raw, boobs on ECW, can't act my way out of a paper bag on smackdown. A really good GM adds much more depth to the show which they don't have on any brand right now. Look at Bishop, Heyman, even damn Regal and Angle are all better GM's then we have now.

Awwwwwwwwwright!

Christian vs Zack Ryder rematch tonight, baby! Is it for the title? I dunno! But SHITE, Zack Ryder > entirety of RAW roster

A new Woo woo woo champion?

I guess probable setup for like a Triple Threat this weekend.

This sounds like a good idea, if nothing else, gives us different match ups for a month
The theme for the newly named WWE Bragging Rights PPV, which will air live from the Mellon Arena in Pittsburgh on October 25th, will be battles between RAW and SmackDown for “bragging rights” over which brand is better. The logo for the PPV will feature red and blue lettering, which plays off the official colors for each brand.

The Bragging Rights PPV is replacing WWE’s annual Cyber Sunday PPV and there are plans to implement the interactive voting to the PPV.

jesus @ smackdown this week

I think WWE found the Michael Cole soundboard

lol @
Vickie coming back
and
Rock wanting to host Raw

I just got back from Smackdown in Boston.......

I won't spoil anything, because I don't really know how to use spoiler tags, but a few observations:

John Cenas' whole fan base is kids under 12, morbidly obese tween girls, and the mentally retarded

CM Punk has done a fab job getting over as heel, the fans HATE him.

They should find another way to tape Superstars. Crowd was HOT when ECW started (Though the Abraham Washington Show killed that right quick), then died as soon as Superstars started. The crowd was hot for most of Smackdown except for the Diva match when you could hear a pin drop.

The backstage stuff was hilarious and the Rocks promo was so over it was sick. Ic ould only imagine the pops if he had been in the building.

The show was better than the last 3 months of Raw.

Just remove the {, and that's how you use the spoiler tags. :)

Can't wait to see that Rock promo, pre-recorded and all.

Could someone please explain to me why Batista is on Smackdown? I have been real busy at work.

He returned to Raw a couple of weeks back and just announced he was going there. I guess HHH realised that all his buddies were stinking up the same show and they wanted to even things out.

Wow, just saw the main event. The only thing I liked that somneone actually sold the Walls of Jericho.

But did he get a sensu bean or something when Orton entered the ring...
