Project Harmony looks like some extremely generic Nickelodeon cartoon type game. I can't really blame anyone for putting the brakes on that one.

tldr: There was a Retro Studios leak with early builds of various games.

So it would have been another Ridge Racer 64? Nintendo doing it themselves because Namco-Bandai is too thick to figure it out what people want from a RR game.
It's not rocket science, take the 2006 RR2 for the PSP and sex it up.

Basically Retro Studios is a C tier studio which manages to catch the lightning in a bottle once every decade with Nintendo's heavy involvment
