Mayonnaise!!!
Out of all, Duke's is my favorite mayo. I prefer this over Kewpie or Hellmans.
I tend to slather my Okonomiyaki or a lot of other stuff with mayo. Sometimes even blend in mayo in my curry or Shin ramyun.
Of course, BLT, burgers, sandwiches - anything.
Dukes is closest (if not better) than my own mayo that I make myself fresh, and what I expect mayo taste like.
Hellman's mayo that I grew up with is okay, but Duke's is a definite step up.
On top of that, I can use this for the basis of a lot of other sauces.
I can scoop with a spoon and eat this without problem - but I feel like gagging when do so with Kewpie. Maybe because added sugar?
Yes, I tried this in real life with Kewpie....
