I thought that was the plan with the "Echoes" line, but they've been much slower with releases than I'd hoped so far.Never count on Atlus games getting ported.
It's obviously not impossible but they are notoriously stubborn when it comes to multiplatform releases
Yes please.
Maybe they could make a split like SMT/Persona.
Have mainline Fire Emblem games that are focused on the combat with a bit of story sprinkled in them.
And then a separate franchise that has all the anime relationship bullshit.
SMTV PC was listed in the leaked Nvidia Geforce Now database. Is there a rumor of a PC port? I'm getting it on Switch, but if there is a chance I think there is the same chance that Persona 5 comes to PC and/or Switch which would be great for me.
Okay, thanks. Yeah, I think some of those listed games did come to fruition so it's definitely possible. I'm guessing it's just a matter of time too for Persona 5 to come to PC given the success of Persona 4 on PC. Atlus would be silly not to port it.SMTV PC was listed in the leaked Nvidia Geforce Now database.
I don’t know how frequent they are but you can’t save any time. To me it’s no longer that big deal since there is no random encounter in 5th game, if you are low on health you can just avoid fights and in this game MC is pretty mobile and fast. Are there frequent save points? Can you pause and save at any time?
This randomly annihilated makes not being able to save anywhere a big deal to me.I don’t know how frequent they are but you can’t save any time. Its no longer random, you can see the Demons on the filed and MC can dash pretty fast and outrun them pretty easily. This randomly annihilated makes not being able to save anywhere a big deal to me.

Sir, Belle Delphine is NOT a JAV star what the hell
You forgot to put "/s".
The problem isn't even they are comparing Persona to SMT, rather they are criticizing SMT5 for not being like Persona, that what I take issue with it.For fucks sake, Shin Megami Tensei should never be compared to Persona. These stupid comparisons only keep happening because persona went mainstream. Both of them are good in their own way, and I prefer the more moody and apocalyptic take of SMT.
All Resetera's pre-orders canceled now"Seems weird/shallow to flaunt gender ambiguity but firmly refer to MC as him"
LMAO

Look at Gamespot's review....
The bad point is its not story heavy as Persona and its much more difficulty.

You got to be kidding me!!! Go look at Demons animation, spell effect, they even brought back unique death animation from SMTIV in full 3D and SMTV is much bigger scale. The only thing P5 has over SMT5 is resolution. The overall package seems not to be as polished as Persona too.
But Persona 6 will suffer a lot too cause P5 and then P5R raised the bar too much.
Actually SMTIV team is making this game not Persona team which currently called Studio Zero.since they are both by the same dev

SMT5 in nothing like P3-5 and much MUCH better for it.
Heart.Notice that you only talked about the battles, but you know jrpgs are much more than battles.
Is this your first time playing SMT? this series is all about battles and Demon Fusion that what they are best known for, they are not about you dating people in S.link system. That's the problem and why I talked about "overall package".
Notice that you only talked about the battles, but you know jrpgs are much more than battles.
I have no doubt SMTV looks and plays best than other of the main series.
And can't wait to play it.
Other than Nocturne most mainline SMT games mostly were on Nintendo system.Oh wow. Exclusive to the Switch, had no idea.
Yui is still a joyIt was a moment of weakness okay.
I think you need to realize you like SMT more than most people. Persona is the more popular franchise for, in my opinion, good reason.I enjoyed Persona 5 but are you joking me!!? Persona 5 did lot of things make the game too easy and Royal made it even worse by giving you even more tools to make you OP.
So......
Biggest reason is they vastly easier and much more character driven games, they basically newcomer friendly compare to SMT series.I think you need to realize you like SMT more than most people. Persona is the more popular franchise for, in my opinion, good reason.
That's not it for me. Persona has style, moreso than just about any game I've played, including SMT. The personality of Persona is unmatched, imo.Biggest reason is they vastly easier and much more character driven games, they basically newcomer friendly compare to SMT series.
For me SMT has atmosphere that Persona 3-5 doesn't have and combat, character progression and boss fights just vastly better. That's not it for me. Persona has style, moreso than just about any game I've played, including SMT. The personality of Persona is unmatched, imo.
It similar to Nocturne so...........no.Can you change how the character looks? Like I hate the model but am sort of interested.
Most review are not really "spoilery", I would say got to youtube and just listen to review instead of watching it.Is there any review that I can read without spoiling myself? Otherwise, what are the main negatives besides "not being P5" (I don't care personally, I didn't like P5 for some reason that I don't get) and "no-save-everywhere" ? Thanks a lot!
Then any that I should avoid? I'm pretty sure I'll get it but the no-save-everywhere is kind of a deal breaker for me, I don't like to be stressed out to try to save without losing progress. Even if you can see enemies, if you have to backtrack a lot, it's not really fun. Most review are not really "spoilery", I would say got to youtube and just listen to review instead of watching it.
There are multiple difficulty but if you choose hard, you can't change it without restarting the game, you also can fast travel between save points. Then any that I should avoid? Yeah I've never played one. bummer. It similar to Nocturne so...........no.

IGN’s issue with the game is that its not like Persona 5.Damn it I was suckered by the IGN review. He made it sound like dogshit, I'm glad to hear from everyone here that's it's good.
