WRASSLEGAF
LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT
he didn't choose bad movies
I can't even comprehend what a Vince McMahon autobiography would read like.I would say Vince worked harder for his success than Trump did. I know who's business book I'd rather read, that's for sure.

Autobiography pretty much guarantees revisions. An honest one or one where he revises history?
A 100% honest one would probably lead to indictments. An honest one or one where he revises history?

The one where DX was on the cover because they were the ones who really killed WCW?Look at the Monday Night War series. Of course Vince autobiography woukd be full of lies.
Next Week: The WWE has released Cedric Alexander. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours
From Joe Koff from ROH. Can someone explain what this means and why WOH don't have a match on the ppv?
Plus this and the Chelsea green story shows how it is still tough for women to get make the money the young bucks are pulling.
Haven't watched any modern wrestling since the G1 final. Will probably tune in.Oh yeah, there's an ROH PPV tomorrow
Potato wedges > regular fries = thick cut fries > waffle fries > curly fries
Might be a NYC chain, but I also am a fan of Bon-Chon
I feel like Trent Seven is going to be the X-Pac of BSS, in that he'll be carried entirely by the two guys around him
The writing for the Smackdown womans division is lazy as hell
Korean fried chicken is like the Vita because the real KFC, like the Vita, means life.

It's even an afterthought for Suzuki-kun

Tupac is a once in a lifetime talent. Truly a legend.
better than Biggie at everything, too
I would watch a fishing show with Suzuki as the host
Floslam are suing WWN for misrepresentation of iPPV and VOD income

Sounds like the classic territories bait and switch - say its worth more than it is so some money mark will buy it, then swoop in and buy it when the marks run out of money
Both companies are done.
Floslam will now be out of content and will probably quit the wrestling business and WWN will have to beg HHH to beg Vince to take them under the network
Occasionally you see people complain that northern promotions in the UK (barring a few notable exceptions) don't get as much attention as the southern promotions, well, maybe don't film your shows on A FUCKING POTATO;

That's the hard cam. Why is it in the corner? Who does that? No one, that's who. And there's a good (very obvious) reason for it. Let's look at the ringside cameras;

Potatoes equipped with FISH EYE LENS. Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy? Shitty lighting, poorly matched colour tone on all of the cameras, and the handhelds are so shit there's continual motion blur.
They are more expensive. Front row at tapings is like 20 dollars, 4x more at a house show. Are NXT House Show tickets more expensive? Or why aren't they able to sell out venues they used to easily fill during the Balor/Joe era?

I see, that explains the difference in attendanceFrom Brandon Howard: 1st Half 2016 NXT vs 1st Half 2017:
Avg attendance is basically even but with the higher average ticket they make more money.

The thing is with NXT they have 4 different kind of shows:
1. The takeovers
2. Tours outside of Florida
3. The Florida loop
4. Tapings
The first two are the most expensive. The other two are the cheapest but a sell out doesn't hold a lot of people.
That's cheap as hellThe Florida loop is $20 for Gold Circle (first two rows ringside) and $10 for general admission.
Tapings are $15 for Gold Circle (seated sections around the ring) and $10 for general admission.

Yeah. That's why for most of 2016 I was going to at least one house show a week and all the tapings.
Once they started doing the tours outside of the Florida loop, the attendance at the Florida shows on the same weekends took a noticeable dip. Sell outs in Florida are more of a rarity now rather than a guarantee.
They probably don't care much about numbers from this Florida Loop thing, the sole reason those house shows exist is for talent to get more experiences/try new gimmicksInteresting they haven't raised the prices a bit to balance that out. It seems the florida loop has the advantage that people can interact with the talent more than the outside tour.

Austin winning the '98 Rumble is so much fun.
And then Mike Tyson called Austin "Cold Stone" and Shawn Michaels -- the champion -- "a young up-and-coming, hungry lion." >_>
Yeah, it was unique. It was still a Rumble-y slog at times, what with DOA and Savio Vega and Ahmed Johnson, etc. etc. But it was still fun. The gimmicky nonsense was pretty good -- Three Faces of Foley, for example. It's kinda the only good rumble that has an obvious winner. I love the beginning of it too with Cactus and Funk.
