The quality of gaming discussion has severely decreased due to accusation of fanboy-ism and attempts to control narratives through distorted lenses. I would like to discuss gaming topics without having to wade through a deluge of pro/anti-Sony and pro/anti-Microsoft propaganda. It makes it difficult to separate the signal from the noise, and there is TONS of noise. A PC Gaming subforum will still target the core/enthusiast group of PC gamers and PC+console gamers who would like to discuss PC gaming (obviously) and discuss console gaming more objectively.

I think you're better off using Ignore Thread for the most annoying ones that stick around and letting the smaller ones fade into obscurity.

It's the best you can do to trim the fat unless the NeoGODs give us a better way of filtering out certain types of thread without losing potentially good ones in the process.
