You know, price, release date, size of the hard drive, whether or not the hard drive is included with the system or sold separately, definite status of backwards compatibility, etc? That kind of thing. The system's coming out in November, is it not? And shouldn't there be final hardware running games on the show floor instead of PCs? I know MS will make the Fall launch date, but it doesn't look like they've got their shit together at the moment.

HD is included, and is 20GB. This info is in the official specs release.

I think the 2 tier release was considered (as with anything all options are explored) but they decided not to fragment the userbase.
