A strange reason to honor Will Wright's classic.

SimCity's a classic, and probably my favorite 'Sim'-themed game ever. It was one of the 3 games I got for my SNES soon after launch in 1991(With Mario and F-Zero).

Good memories.

What a great game. I still get addicted to Sim City every time I play it. I should have added this to my list of games in that "Games You're Addicted To For Life" thread from a few days back.

I love SimCity 4, i played all the others but 4 was the first one to really hook me in, the rush hour exapnsion with all the driving/flying mini-games is nice too.

I agree, I thought Rush Hour was a good add on. Really like the map layout that showed traffic of almost any kind, how much, what time, and even what buildings the sims worked and lived at, and how they traveled to get to and fro.
