Dudes with music taste, I need to find some kick-ass sitar in music. Lyrics are cool in the songs, but I need something fast paced like you'd hear from Stuart Chatwood. He's the only one I can think of, are there any more out there?

This is the person I was going to mention in this thread. He played quite a bit with George Harrison post-Beatles and some of their stuff was great live. 20-30 min sitar songs rule.

if you want "kick ass", this is what you must get, this is classic sitar fusion from the late 60's by ravi's cousin, ananda shankar. very psychedelik and cool.

otherwise ravi is of course, great, but his stuff is classical indian music.
