That was several weeks ago.

Oh, damn. I don't watch Smallville at all. I just remember hearing about an episode with The Flash in it and I said "Hey, I like The Flash!" But then I guess I forgot all about it.

True story, true story.

True story, true story.

You missed one of the most awkward moments in recent tv history at the end of that episode.

I hope the writers aren't dumb enough to bring in this character

"Krypto" will be the 14th episode of this season of The WB's Smallville, The Continuum has learned.

As gathered from the title, the episode will feature a dog, sources have told The Continuum.

In other Smallville news, Jane Seymour, who makes her series debut as Jason Teague's mother in Wednesday's episode "Bound," appeared on CBS' The Late, Late Show to promote her arc.

"It's a young, hip, fun series," Seymour said. "And I wanted to be involved with something that's young, hip and fun.

Seymour said that, after years of playing Americans, she gets to play an English character.

"There's something very manipulative about me," Seymour said of her character. "I seem to know quite about Lana, his girlfriend, the one that has the tattoo on her back. And somehow, I end up in her dreams.

"I don't really know where it's going. All I know is that I'm in it for five episodes, and there's something suspect about her. They're not even going to let me know what happens to her."

$50/hour, but no kissing on the lips and colors must be pre-separated
It was an ok episode, certainly nothing amazing. It did an adequate job of advancing the ever-increasing darkness of Lex's character and allowed Clark and Chloe to do their usual super-mystery-team bit. I'm glad that Chloe's getting a little more screen time and it ended by really encapsulating Lex's desperation and hopeless decline into uber-villany. Works for me. Next week's episode is looking to be good - hopefully it won't all be canceled out by somebody bumping their head on an amnesia-inducing kryptonite rock or something...

As a die-hard Smallville booster, this week was PISS. The only saving grace was Jane Seymour, who at her age is still hotter than any of us deserves to lay eyes upon. That and Lex's inevitable descent into evil, which *should* be a fun ride.

Mystery diamonds in the elevator? A pink iPod is the clue that ties it all together? Jilted girlfriend seeking revenge? Emasculating Lionel Luthor? Ugh ugh ugh ugh.

Let's hope that next week bumps up the quality tenfold.

The shittier Smallville gets, the more entertaining I find it. :lol First season it was a like a second rate Joss Whedon wannabe (which I rather liked), now it's a second rate 90210 mixed in with some 4th rate Buffy. And yet, I actually like it more now that it's just wholly ridiculous.

I also LOVE the way Clark Kent is the stupidest motherfucker on TV. Has any show (except sitcoms) had a more bafflingly idiotic main character? God I love him. Just clueless as can be, and Welling is such a mediocre actor that it shatters the fourth wall because half the time I'm wondering if Clark is that fucking retarded or Welling just can't act well enough to portray even the slightest bit of duplicity. I kept joking during the body switching eps that the dude who plays Lionel was probably just told to "dumb it down 3 or 4 levels as a actor" and *bingo* there's your Clark Kent.

And the plots, what with normally semi-intelligent characters being dumb as a post when it comes to Clarks' constant sudden appearences and shit like that... :D Awesome! Doesn't anyone ever notice anymore that Clark gets around rural Smallville with no car much, much faster than anyone else does? I'm waiting for the eps when Clark meets Lex at a secluded farm and Lex says "hey, give me a lift back into town... whoa where'd you park anyway?" and then the show just ends with Clark stammering something.

:lol

Clark's head would explode. That or his brain would leak out of his ears while a wide grin stays on his face.
