So has anybody voted yet?

I moved last month, so I don't know if my polling place is going to change by the election. Either way, I've not received anything in the mail yet.

I'm gonna early vote in Texas as soon as I get a chance.

That starts tomorrow? Guess I'd better find a voting location.

It's a shame my vote for Hillery essentially doesn't matter, but hopefully we'll get some Democrats in office at the state and local levels.

I vote by mail (Colorado); ballots get mailed out next week.

It's so convenient, it would be nice if more states did it (I think just Colorado/Washington/Oregon currently?)

I live in Iowa. Asked for my ballot about a week ago but haven't gotten it yet. I did just move, though, so it might have gotten lost. If nothing else, I'll go up to the court house and do an early vote that way.

Iowa does it.

Nah, more states do it. I live in Georgia and I didn't even apply for an absentee ballot and my county registrar noticed I didn't vote in 2012 and mailed me an application typed already with my information on it, and all I had to do was sign it and mail it back and then they sent me a ballot.

Convenient as fuck.

I've always walked to the polls on the morning of election day. I enjoy it and seeing the district on foot makes the effort seem more civic dutyish. No one else ever did this in my old neighborhood but a lot of people walk to the polls where I live now.

Voting is open a few blocks from my work so I'll be voting this week or next week. I need to find out more info on all these judges first though.

Not yet. First day to vote in Texas is the 24th and I intend to do it then.

If I'm lucky enough to see some Trump supporters being idiots then I'm going to do the Hillary shoulder shimmy with a loud "WHEW" as I walk by.

I looked into overseas voting, and realized I was way too late to begin the process of registering. I needed to get ballots a month before the deadline but I wasn't even registered as an overseas voter, so it was a no go.

I'm sorry, I've let everyone down. I'm only being slightly serious here... but my vote would have and should have counted. I had just assumed I couldn't for most of the year and the last election I was busy trying to become a permanent resident. I'll make sure to register beginning of the election year from now on.

Voting on Wednesday here in Ohio.

I've never done early voting before and am in Ohio, do you just go to your county's board of election office during the scheduled time and cast a vote via the machine?

I'm tempted to vote early because I don't trust absentee ballots and prefer to vote in person on Election Day, but am dreading the lines and idiocy. Stood behind two shit-cocks in red white and blue Cat In The Hat hats during the 2008 election for 2 hours listening to them drone on about how "McCain is going to squash that ******".

It's good to know who your neighbors are. In that case though I would have to move.

I've never waited in a long line to vote. Guess that's one benefit for having a low turnout. I also usually go in the morning. I think the lines are longest in the evening.

pretty much. Not machine though, they will give you an absentee ballot to vote in person. At least that is how it is in my county.
