I remember the interview w/ Zipper saying that the first two would be through the OPM discs and that the 3rd was was undecided. So, looking at the Playstation underground listing of the OPM disc contents for next month (Feb Issue), I see absolutely no mention of a downloadable map, when they detailed the previous two:
