and I'm looking to get some kind of flatscreen tv, but not one of those tv's that are only a few inches thick. I'd prefer something with a picture tube.
Anyway, I won't be ready to buy until the fall at the earliest, but probably not until around christmas time. I'm gathering money now, and I'm lookign to spend $600-$800 on the TV. What I need to know is this: By cheistmas time, will I be able to get a really good TV for that price, or should I try to hold off until next year when newer technologies will be out?
I know it's a bit early to be asking this, but this is directly proportional to how much money I'll be putting aside weekly.
