The short-leg cats are the Munchkin breed. You can find a lot of pictures of them if you search around. They come in all lengths of fur, although the short-fur ones look weirder in my opinion. I prefer the long-fur ones like my baby-boo.

The Korgi dog also has a long torso and short legs.
